This role is about walking alongside clients as they figure out their budgeting approach. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate small wins with people who are taking control of their finances.
- Experience in customer support or advisory roles
- Patient, empathetic, and excellent at explaining things clearly

Financial Education Coordinator

Help us create workshops and resources that demystify financial planning. You'll develop content, run community sessions, and find new ways to make money management less intimidating for everyday Australians.
- Background in education, training, or community engagement
- Ability to break down complex topics into simple concepts
- Experience creating educational materials or presentations
- Enthusiasm for financial literacy and community impact

We keep things straightforward and respectful of your time
Initial Application
Send us your resume and a brief note about why you're interested. We read everything personally and respond to everyone within five business days.
Phone Conversation
A casual chat, usually 20 minutes. We want to hear about your experience and what you're looking for. You get to ask questions about the role and our team.
In-Person Meeting
Come visit our office. You'll meet a few team members and get a realistic picture of the work. We might walk through a typical client scenario relevant to the role.
Decision and Offer
We aim to make decisions within a week. If we're moving forward, we'll call you with an offer and talk through next steps. If not, we'll provide honest feedback.
